The house is built at the end of the 1960s. It was planned for letting from the start and is designed as a small family hotel. The ground floor contains the family dwelling, and there are separate rooms for letting upstairs. The house is surrounded by a yard with a Mediterranean garden. It is located on the southern, sunny slopes of Hvar, at the very top of the hillock that rises over the Waterfront, at a peaceful site surrounded by other family houses. A guest in the house can enjoy a view of the sea and the Pakleni Islands all day long, be at supreme peace and yet again close to the very centre, just five minutes walk from the main square of the town of Hvar.
